  • Any illegal activities, which includes storage or distribution of any copyrighted materials such as games and others, any violation of authoring rights, distribution and trademarks, or any violation of Saudi Arabia law, or any selling or distribution of any illegal materials.
  • Any abuse internet services such as sending unwanted e-mails or distribution of any programs by mail, or sending large amounts of mail to many mailing lists (spam), or publishing obscene messages, or threatening messages or incitement messages, or religiously abusive messages.

  • Using our services is the sole responsibility of the client, Next Generation Hosting does not guarantee that the services will be free from interruptions or mistakes, however, Next Generation Hosting will work hard to offer security and stability of its servers to reach the minimal downtime.
  • The client does not have the rights to claim any compensation from Next Generation Hosting for not being able to use the services, which includes, but not only, the following:
    • Service Downtime
    • Issues caused by misuse of the service
    • Internet connectivity problems
    • DNS related issues
    • Hacking or sabotage attempts

  • In the case of any attempt to damage Next Generation Hosting, including, but not only, the following: Next Generation Hosting system and services, its reputation, its commercial work, its services, its network and its operations and equipment, that person will be legally liable for any damages.
  • The client does not have the right to defame Next Generation Hosting or its ownership or employees, the client has the right to the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia, any defaming in any way gives the full right to Next Generation Hosting to cancel the contract and to refuse to provide the service to that client.
  • It is strictly prohibited to resell without an official written permission from the management of Next Generation Hosting unless the client was an official reseller for Next Generation Hosting.
  • To ensure the protection and security of our client data and its secrecy to the maximum level, we have added a security question and answer available in the client control panel at our portal, to ensure the identity of the client when requesting or viewing any sensitive information or in the case of any security breach of the e-mail that you used to register your membership, or the loss of your e-mail for any reasons, that is why we highly request our clients to select a secret question and answer to ensure that our services are working at the maximum secrecy level.
  • We highly stress that the client is solely responsible for securing and keeping your account and is also responsible for the for all the activities done using that account, or any communications done with Next Generation Hosting though that account, or any sub-account of it.
  • Next Generation Hosting holds the right to cancel the account of any client without stating reasons but reimbursing any remaining fees.
  • Circumvention: any attempt of circumvention or an attempt to work around any of our technologies used in the member’s area, is considered a violation of the ToS and the account will be suspended as this wastes the technical and administrative time of Next Generation Hosting.

  • Next Generation Hosting is not responsible for any errors in transactions or bank deposits.
  • We accept payments through bank transactions to our official accounts only.
  • Next Generation Hosting not responsible for any failures occurs in the conversion process by the bank.

  • The client is obliged to pay for the service at the time he requests it.

  • If the account was canceled due to a policy violation Next Generation Hosting will activate the account again and will not be responsible for any data in this account.

  • Booking fees and domain transfer are non-refundable.
  • In the case of the client contrary to the conditions of service for software and software licenses are not incurring any liability on Next Generation Hosting.
  • Money back guarantee system for website hosting service within 30 days for a new client.
  • In the case of registering in one of Website hosting plans, the customer is entitled to cancel the plan and the restoration of the full amount, without giving any reason, on condition of violation of the client or account for any of the conditions and the laws of Terms of the company (Next Generation Hosting), and that the request to cancel the service and money back within 10 days of the effective date of subscription.
